The end is on the horizon

The end of the first quarter, that is.

Updates:
We just completed our first rotation spin for our third year of clerkship. I did not get my first choice of west Valley. I have submitted my second choice which will spin on Monday.

This is how the spin works:
Everyone submitted their first choice of rotation site. The choices were west Valley, east Valley, Ohio, Champagne/Urbana Illinois, Modesto/Turlock California, L.A. California, Tucson. Then a computer randomly assigns us a ranking (260 of us) and fills the rotation sites. East and west Valey each had 80 spots, and there were much fewer spots for the rest of the sites. 22 of us did not get our first choice, which included me, so we will submit our second choice with what is left. The sites that are left are Tucson (14 spots), Ohio (5), and Champagne/Urbana (16). I submitted my second choice of Tucson. I really hope I'll be able to stay in Arizona. Since we will not rotate until another two years, there is also a chance that we me be able to trade sites with someone if circumstances change and they are willing to trade.

Hopefully this will all work out. This has been so frustrating.
